韩昕昕，南方科技大学公共卫生及应急管理学院助理教授、博士生导师，美国明尼苏达大学硕士，美国乔治华盛顿大学博士（卫生政策方向），清华大学“水木学者”，深圳市“鹏城孔雀计划”特聘岗位。研究聚焦卫生政策实施与评估、卫生体系改革、社区卫生服务。曾任美国乔治华盛顿大学卫生人力政策研究中心副研究员，入选国家博士后国际交流计划引进项目，获中国博士后科学基金面上资助和特别资助。在Health Affairs、AJPH等国际期刊发表原创研究论文30余篇，多个研究成果被智库、政府机构引用。主持国家自然科学基金、广东省基础与应用基础研究基金、广东省哲学社会科学规划等项目。担任中国卫生政策与管理学会（CHPAMS）秘书长、中华预防医学会社会医学与实施科学分会青年委员、中华预防医学会卫生事业管理分会青年委员、深圳市社区卫生协会基本公共卫生专委会秘书长等。
课题组致力于创造和利用真实世界数据开展卫生政策与管理领域的研究，运用计量经济学、卫生经济学、实施科学、行为科学、数据科学、系统科学等多学科方法，从系统层面研究政策、制度与服务模式在真实环境中的运行效果、成本效益与可持续性，推动研究证据进入政策与实践，服务于人群健康促进。
课题组研究重点方向：
1. 评估卫生政策和干预措施的实施效果与公平性
2. 探索可复制、可持续的卫生体系改革路径与服务供给模式
3. 聚焦慢性病管理、公共卫生干预在资源有限环境中的规模化推广
