陈国安，南方科技大学医学院副教授，研究员，博士生导师。1986年毕业于西安交通大学医学院医疗系，1992年获西安交通大学医学院呼吸专业硕士学位。1999年获协和医科大学肿瘤学博士学位。1986至1996年其间就职于西安交通大学医学院第二附属医院呼吸内科，先后任住院医师和主治医师。2000年至2018年在美国密歇根大学(University of Michigan)医学院先从事肿瘤学博士后研究，以后历任讲师，研究助理教授和研究副教授。主要研究方向是肿瘤分子生物学，功能基因组学及生物信息学。应用高通量技术如蛋白质谱，基因表达芯片，单核苷酸突变（SNP）芯片，miRNA芯片以及核苷酸二代测序等研究肺癌组织及血中蛋白，RNA(包括miRNAs, lncRNA和circRNA)，及DNA的变化并探讨其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用及分子机理以及其在临床诊断，预后判断和治疗中的价值。作为项目主持人或主要成员承担过省,国家自然科学基金和美国国家或其他基金研究项目10余项。发表研究论文120余篇。作为第一作者或通讯作者有60余篇，作为第一作者的单篇论文最高引用超过千次，论文总引1万余次，h-index 57, i10-index 93(Google scholar 2025.01.01)。
