Dr. Qiuyue Yuan is an Assistant Professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the Southern University of Science and Technology. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Beijing Normal University in 2016 and her Ph.D. in Operational Research and Cybernetics from the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science (AMSS), Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2021. She then conducted postdoctoral research at the Center for Human Genetics, Clemson University, USA, focusing on constructing gene regulatory networks using single-cell multi-omics data. Her research integrates mathematical modeling, artificial intelligence, and biomedical multi-omics data to uncover the dynamic mechanisms of gene regulation and their applications in precision medicine. She has published several high-quality papers, including first-author or co-first author publications in international journals such as Nature Biotechnology, Genome Biology, and Nature Communications.
