个人简介

南方科技大学医学院药理学系副教授、研究员、博士生导师。

2006年在德国马克斯普朗克分子遗传所获得功能基因组学博士学位,07年于同所建立独立实验室。2009年任德国马科斯德尔布吕克国家分子医学中心/柏林系统生物医学研究所高级研究员。20168月加入南方科技大学。

长期从事功能基因组、药理学、化学生物学领域的研究,在新药研发方面也富有经验。聚焦功能基因组学领域的研究,曾建立基于细胞芯片技术的包括蛋白质亚细胞定位,诱导细胞凋亡,蛋白质-蛋白质交互作用等多项高通量基因功能研究平台。近年来,致力于发展适用于药理学的系统生物学手段,特别是结合高通量测序、单细胞测序技术、空间转录组学技术、CRISPR基因编辑技术、蛋白组学、代谢组学等的前沿技术。已在Genome biology, Oncogene, EMBO Molecular medicineDevelopmental cell等期刊, 发表约40篇,总引用超1900次,近5年引用数超1000次。H-指数17i10-指数19。已申请抗肿瘤、抗新冠的天然化合物,单细胞技术等发明专利7项。已承担国家和省市项目4项,总科研经费超560万元。

深圳市孔雀团队核心成员,深圳市基因调控与系统生物学重点实验室核心PI。现任中国药理学会抗炎免疫专委会委员、广东省药理学会理事、抗炎免疫专委会主任委员。广东欧美同学会常务理事。


研究领域

1.基于功能基因组,特别是结合高通量测序、单细胞时空组学、CRISPR基因编辑技术的药物功能和分子机制研究。

2. 基于精准医疗的肿瘤基因组学和化学基因组学,致力于癌症的耐药逆转、早期检测和分类靶向治疗。

3.结合组学、化学生物学的细胞生物学研究。尤以化合物诱导的细胞焦亡、线粒体功能异常、DNA损伤和修复,及其在表观遗传学的改变为主要研究方向。

4. 基于新作用机理的化合物(含天然产物)临床前新药研发。
