个人简介

何涟,医学院助理教授,博士生导师。2018年于美国德州农工大学获得博士学位,2018-2022年在美国德州农工大学生物科学与技术研究所从事博士后研究。2022年5月加入南方科技大学医学院。聚焦于合成生物学前沿领域,通过光/化合物对细胞及生物体进行改造、设计,开发程序化工具,以实现精确调控细胞信号通路及产生新的细胞功能。主要开展光控特异性钙离子通道、免疫药物筛选、合成生物学工具开发、纳米抗体及抗体药物研发等研究。到目前共发表四十多篇研究论文和综述,参与四本专著章节编写。以第一作者或通讯作者将相关成果发表在Nature Cell biology, Nature Chemical Biology, Nucleic Acids Research,Advanced Science, Nature Communications和elife等国际期刊。
